Refund Policy
In short: try Levr free for 7 days. If a paid month doesn't work for you, ask within 14 days of the payment and you get your money back.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day trial. You can use simulation and live trading during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
Payments
- Plans are paid in crypto, as prepaid months. You can request a refund within 14 days of a payment for the full months not yet started.
- Refunds are sent in the same cryptocurrency to an address you provide, minus network fees.
- After a refund the plan ends and Levr stops opening new trades. Open trades keep their stops on the exchange.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the app (Settings → Plan & billing). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and won't be charged again.
Trading results
Refunds cover the subscription fee only. Trading losses or results on your exchange accounts are not refundable by Levr.

This policy doesn't limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
